What We Do

Jack-up Rig / MOPU Services

  • Refurbishment and Life Extension of jack-up rigs.
  • Topside Conversion of a jack-up rig into a Mobile Offshore Production Unit (MOPU) through integrated Engineering, Procurement, Construction, and Commissioning (EPCC) services.
  • Transportation (Rig Move) and Installation of jack-up rigs / MOPUs including the provision of towing tugs and assist tugs.
  • Hook Up and Offshore Commissioning of jack-up rigs / MOPUs.
  • Operations & Maintenance (O&M) services for jack-up rigs / MOPUs.
  • Decommissioning and Demobilization of jack-up rigs / MOPUs.

Drilling Rig Services

  • Provision of offshore jack-up drilling rigs, covering construction, refurbishment, transportation, offshore operations, and maintenance.
  • Provision of land drilling rigs ranging from 350HP to 3000HP, with services including construction, repairs, parts, refurbishment, mobilization, operations, maintenance, and skilled personnel for drilling services, production, well stimulation/enhancement, and workover operations.

Asset & Equipment Supply & Services

  • Jack-up rigs, land rigs and offshore support vessels for charter/lease hire or sale.
  • Production equipment: gas compressors including reciprocating and centrifugal compressors, production separators and scrubbers, crude oil pumps, TEG dehydration unit, chemical injection skid, gas lift and water injection, E-house, flare systems, fuel conditioning skids and other topside equipment.
  • Drilling equipment: drilling equipment and spares for offshore and onshore drilling operations
  • Marine equipment: Cranes, pumps, motors, vessel equipment and spares, including dynamic positioning (DP) equipment and Thrusters

Project #1 MOPU BOSS 1

Mobile Offshore Production Unit

  • A Bethlehem Steel Corp, JU-200 MC Type, 3 columns, mat supported drilling rig, named BOSS 1 was converted into a Mobile Offshore Production Unit (MOPU) to be used as a Temporary Production Facility to be installed at the well head platform owned by the client Pertamina Hulu Energy West Madura Offshore in Indonesia.
  • As part of asset management, the rig underwent refurbishment and life extension, including renewal of leg-to-mat connections, steel replacement on the hull, mat, and legs, and blasting and painting. All previous drilling and associated equipment were removed.

Project #2 MOPU RUBICONe

Mobile Offshore Production Unit

  • Other scopes undertaken were the towing and installation of the platform as well as the hook up and commissioning of the platform.
  • The start-up was successfully conducted in the second half of 2011 and upon acceptance, the MOPU entered its Operations and Maintenance phase.
  • On September 2013, the MOPU RUBICONE was demobilized from the Bekok- C platform after 2 years of successful operations having achieved an uptime of 92% over the contract period. It was the first demob of a MOPU in Malaysia

Rig Move Services

  • Anugerah Mulia Raya Sdn Bhd is experienced in the jacking and floating of jack-up rig for rig move purpose.
  • Anugerah Mulia Raya Sdn Bhd provides the jacking crew as well as coordination with relevant parties such as marine warranty surveyor, class surveyor, rig mover, tow master and port authority. The jacking team works on the rig preparation for jacking and floating and this includes the maintenance and repair of the jacking / hydraulic systems, ballast systems and power generators, watertight integrity checks and associated hull / mat / tank repairs, stability analysis as well as sea fastening and lashing activities
